Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Clearcall Trades website, free Telegram channels, VIP channels or TradingView indicators ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade financial products where you live.

2. What we provide

We post trade ideas ("signals") and market commentary in Telegram channels, and provide indicators for TradingView. Signals and indicators are educational tools and are not personal financial advice. Please read our risk disclaimer.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Indicators, each VIP signal channel and the Bundle are separate subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe monthly, quarterly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We may change prices. Any change applies from your next billing date, and we will tell you before it happens.

4. Your access is personal

Access is for you only. Do not share, forward, copy, resell or republish VIP content, invite links or indicator access, or try to copy or reverse-engineer the indicators. If you do, we may remove your access without a refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Availability

We aim to post consistently, but we do not promise a minimum number of signals, and the service may occasionally be unavailable, including because of Telegram outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Clearcall Trades is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, abuses other members or misuses the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
