This policy explains what we collect when you use Clearcall Trades and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you subscribe: your name, email address, country, and your Telegram or TradingView username. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store them.
• When you join a channel: your Telegram name and username, as visible to channel admins.
• When you visit the website: standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

• To give you access and match your payment to your Telegram or TradingView account.
• To process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Telegram, which runs the channels.
• TradingView, where the indicators run.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

How long we keep it

We keep subscription and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting, and other data only while you are a member or for as long as we need to answer your requests.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@clearcalltrades.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
